NEW RULE TO AFFECT EMPLOYERS

On December 17, 2009, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District passed Rule 9410 which requires larger employers to establish employee trip reduction programs. Rule 9410 is designed to reduce single-occupancy vehicle trips, reducing pollutant emissions associated with work commutes. For additional information click HERE.

MAX BART EXPRESS
