Commute Connection is a regional rideshare program which is operated by the San Joaquin Council of Governments? The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) is a Joint Powers Authority comprised of the County of San Joaquin and the Cities of Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Ripon, Escalon and Lathrop. SJCOG serves as the regional transportation planning agency and a technical and informational resource for these jurisdictions.

NEW LAW EXTENDS
CLEAN AIR ACCESS DATES
ON CLEAN AIR STICKERS

High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lanes - Vehicles bearing valid Clean Air Access (CAA) stickers can continue to access HOV lanes regardless of vehicle occupancy. Hybrids with Yellow CAA stickers expiring in January 2011 are extended until July 1, 2011. White CAA stickers are valid until January 1, 2015.

SJRTD SERVICE CHANGE
  • On January 23, 2011, San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) will implement changes to its Stockton Metropolitan Area, Intercity, and Hopper services, and launch Route 44 - Airport Corridor, an expansion of the Metro Express Bus Rapid Transit service.
