In December, 2009 the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) passed the Employer Trip Reduction Rule 9410, which will require employers with 100 or more eligible employees to implement a trip reduction program. As part of the Marketing Strategy (Phase 1) of the SJVAPCD Employee Trip Reduction Rule 9410, employers can receive credit for registering with Commute Connection.
